    Nick has led some of the UK’s biggest media brands, known for his clear strategic insight and ability to drive change through innovation. As Managing Director of Viacom Brand Solutions and Channel 5 Commercial, he pioneered a number of the commercial strategies widely used across the industry today. Nick remains passionate about supporting a strong and diverse UK broadcasting network.

  • Ross Belcher, Chairman & Founder

    Ross has spent his career at the forefront of major media organisations, including ITV, MTV and Telegraph Group. He led the trading strategy at Northern & Shell’s Channel 5, driving significant revenue growth that contributed to a sale delivering £358 million in profit for its owner. As Chairman and Founder of Infinitum, Ross continues to shape the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

  • Damon Letzer, Founder & Director

    Damon has worked in the commercial side of television for more than 35 years, both within major broadcasters and as an entrepreneur. As founder of Media Neutral, he built a successful programme finance business which merged with Infinitum in 2015. Damon now brings his extensive industry experience to the board and leads the company’s content investment strategy.

  • Ago Di Falco, Founder & Director

    Ago’s career spans creative agencies, media agencies, start-ups and broadcasters. Known for his strategic and creative approach to advertising, he has received nine Media Week and Campaign Media awards for his work. Ago specialises in integrating value-based trading with smart communications strategies that deliver strong returns for advertisers and media owners.

  • Simon Broderick, CEO

    Before joining Infinitum, Simon spent nearly 20 years at GroupM, the world’s largest media investment group, holding senior UK, Asia-Pacific and global investment roles. He worked closely with many of the world’s leading brands and media owners to deliver innovative commercial solutions. As CEO, Simon leads Infinitum’s day-to-day operations and growth strategy.

  • Bobby Samavat, CCO

    With 15 years’ experience in broadcasting sales, including senior roles at Sky Media and Channel 5, Bobby joined Infinitum in September 2015 as the company’s first hire. Over the past decade he has played a key role in shaping Infinitum’s commercial success and now leads the commercial team as Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Diana Shawyer, CFO

    Diana is a finance professional with experience across multiple industries in both South Africa and the UK. Her broad background gives her strong insight into business operations and financial management. A board director of Infinitum and director of the trustee for the company’s Employee Ownership Trust, she plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth.

  • Dafs Rhys Woodward, Founder - Creator

    Dafs founded Creator by Infinitum, which is developing the next generation of branded entertainment with creators at its core. Previously he built the world’s largest influencer and social solution within WPP before joining Infinitum in 2025 to lead its expansion into the creator economy.

  • Katie Dent, EA & Director

    Katie brings more than 25 years of media industry experience, having started her career agency-side at Zenith before moving to roles at Viacom and Channel 5. Since joining Infinitum in 2016, she has led client and company events and was later appointed to the board to represent staff interests when the business transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust.

  • Carla Mather, Commercial Lead

    Carla is Commercial Lead at Infinitum Entertainment, bringing over 15 years of media trading and third-party experience. Having worked with UK media agencies and media owners across multiple sectors, she offers a broad perspective on delivering strategic solutions in a rapidly evolving media landscape. Carla joined Infinitum in November 2025.

  • Paul Scannell, Commercial Lead

    Paul brings more than 25 years of media experience across TV, cinema, digital display, native and social media. Previously Managing Director for EMEA of WPP’s influencer practice, he led a team of 300 specialists delivering campaigns for brands including Coca-Cola, Google and Unilever. At Infinitum, Paul focuses on combining traditional media expertise with creator-led opportunities.

  • Nathan Austin-Smith, Commercial Manager

    Nathan began his career at JCDecaux, where he developed strong industry knowledge working across a range of campaigns. He later joined Infinitum to broaden his experience and help develop new commercial strategies. Nathan brings energy, creativity and a forward-thinking approach to supporting the company’s continued growth.

    Fabio brings experience from finance roles across several industries and now supports Infinitum’s financial and operational functions.   • Eloise Wookey, Finance Manager

    Eloise joined Infinitum in July 2025, after making the move over from New Zealand. Eloise has a bachelors in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and a post graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting. Eloise comes with experience in accounting firms, working with clients in a range of industries. Eloise is excited to delve into the world of Media and help Infinitum grow.
